Having worked in the actuarial & catastrophe analytics space for over two decades, Phil Palmer, the President of CMAS, has set aside limited availability for confidential one-on-one insight sessions. You'll walk away with a more global perspective & ideas to explore as you consider your next move in this expansive industry.
Candidate Coaching
A helpful session for individuals who are just starting out or looking to brush up on their interview skills.
For those of you who are just starting out or are looking for guidance as you enter into an exciting career, we're now able to offer individual developmental sessions where we can focus on any number of topics specific to your needs. Examples might include a review of your CV, tips & tricks as you prepare, or role-play interviews where you can practice your approach. Our partner associate, Melissa Standard, has been in the HR field since 1999 & is well-versed in what employers are looking for in an initial interaction.
